SENIOR PRODUCER - DIGITAL - NYC

This is a Sr. Producer role at a fully integrated advertising agency in NYC that works across their network to support all creative development and production. This team executes a large percentage of work for the agency as well as works to determine and support workloads with external partnerships.

This role will efficiently route various materials throughout the network to ensure that projects move in a timely manner.

This role is unlike typical agency production in that you will work with the producers at other locations of this agency. This integrated development team supports the network from ideation to prototyping to development execution.

Producers at this agency nurture the entire project. You are part of the strategic process and are encouraged to collaborate with value-adding ideas. As an integrated agency, our ideas live beyond the digital medium. You will have exposure to print, broadcast, radio, OOH and digital to see how the entire program fits together.

Creative strategy comes first. We’re seeking a highly knowledgeable producer who is passionate about finding solutions for creative execution.

Who you are

You are someone who shares links of creative sites, reads springwise for trend inspiration, values great digital innovation and knows a variety of options on how to get your client a CMS that meets their budgetary needs. You look at our client roster list and are full of ideas for how to improve the current strategy.

Your book list reads of designing for the social web, prototyping techniques, UX for project managers, information design planning and the art of client service.

You look at a website or banner project and can break down how it was built and how much it cost. It’s second nature.

Many may call you the new hybrid. We simply think that to be called a digital producer today requires a broad knowledge across the entire interactive field.

Your interest lies not in just project management, but what it takes to make a digital experience.

Primary Responsibilities
* Support digital production across the network
* Define scope and lead projects with of mid-to-high level complexity
* Craft briefs, proposals and SOW’s
* Enforce team process by utilizing and requesting all departments use proper forms and procedures      
* Assist in requirement gathering required to understand scope
* Act as main contact to the network and vendors providing appropriate management of risks and expectation
* Participate in project discovery and technical workshops
* Manage assigned internal resources with a respectful approach
* Work with the EP to manage and identify potential risks, change management issues and profitability across projects
* Lead presentation of deliverables with a technical lead
* Support account teams by providing supplemental digital strategy support
* Research new and emerging platforms, leading efforts to inspire and educate team members
* Assist in project planning and resource allocation
* Develop close relationships with agency partners
* Support senior colleagues with new business ideation and technical exploration

Required Skills
* A self starter who has an above average capacity and can prioritize and organize with quick turnaround using strong
time management and above-average interpersonal/service based skills
* 4+ years managing creative, marketing or technology projects
* 2+ years of leadership experience
* Ability to ballpark price of projects.
* Strong understanding of working with outside creative partners
* Experience developing a statement of work or proposal
* Hands on experience with Flash, HTML and CSS
* Used to working with a tech lead/partner
* Familiarity with ad serving technology (Doubleclick, Atlas, Mediamind, etc.) and Rich Media vendors
* Knowledge/Understanding of all major social networking platforms
* Experience developing project plans
* Knowledge of resourcing  
* Wide range of web technologies and the ability to suggest development environments based on project requirements
* Working knowledge of a project management or lead management tool
* Creative, self-motivated
* Strong understanding of effective interactive usability
* Understanding of user experience, paths, flows and
* Strong UX and Creative understanding, appreciating creative and understanding the proper technologies to bring it to
life
* Ability to work on a Mac
* Experience with multiple development methodologies such as waterfall and agile
* Passion for emerging technology
* Understanding of web analytics
